Each Vault Dinner is themed — exploring a region, a season, a producer, or a culinary technique. Chef Marco Santini designs each menu from scratch for every event, meaning no two evenings are ever the same. Wine pairings are curated by Sommelier Sofia Moreau.
This is not dinner. This is an experience that takes three hours, tells a story through eight courses, and leaves every guest changed.
